In the original packaging: The product must be returned in the original manufacturer's box or packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Accompanied by proof of purchase: You must provide the original order number or a copy of the order confirmation email.


You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive the item to initiate a return request.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned for hygienic, safety, or digital nature reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your return to our business address without a prior authorized Return Authorization Number, as it may delay the processing of your refund.

5. Refund Process

Timing:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Partial Refunds:

10. Gifts
